Reshu Art Lobby ("we") runs art classes and uses the Dhruv software platform for scheduling, enrollment, billing and family communication. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how it is used.

Name, email address, mobile phone number, student names and dates of birth, class enrollments, and payment records (card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers).

To manage enrollments and billing, and to send class registration confirmations, class cancellations, schedule-change notices, fee and payment confirmations, and upcoming-class reminders by email and, only if you opt in, by text message (SMS) or WhatsApp.

We only send text messages to people who have actively opted in by checking an unchecked consent box. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month, and depends on your classes and studio activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as Twilio), solely to send the messages you requested.

We share information only with service providers (hosting, email, SMS, payments) who process it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

You can change your text and WhatsApp preferences at any time from the My Profile page of your family portal, or by replying STOP to any text. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at reshuartlobby@gmail.com.
