These terms apply to your use of the Reshu Art Lobby family portal and its text-message notifications.

• Program: Transactional class and account notifications from Reshu Art Lobby: class registration confirmations, class cancellations, schedule-change notices, fee and payment confirmations, and upcoming-class reminders. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
• Consent: Enrolling in text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You opt in by checking the unchecked consent box when you create your account, at checkout, or on your My Profile page.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. You can also turn texts off on your My Profile page.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email reshuartlobby@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the portal only for managing your own family's enrollments and account. Reshu Art Lobby is responsible for its class policies, pricing and refunds.
